Program format and
duration of meetings

We decide together how often the sessions will take place, in what form they will be held (for example, by phone/online and/or in person), and what the duration of the training will be (from 1 to 12 months).

We meet weekly or once every two weeks online or offline during the agreed period. Between sessions, you will receive support in messengers or by mail. You can ask me questions in messengers and I will answer you in correspondence or we will analyze these questions at our meeting.

The "YOU 2.0" program is designed for 6–12 months. I usually schedule no more than 4 meetings per month. This is due to the fact that you do the most important work independently and to start changing something you need at least a week, or better two.

Duration
1 month | 4 sessions of 1.5–2 hours
