The teenager spent days playing on the computer and sitting on the phone. We figured out what interests him in games and what "sticks" on his phone. They told us what professions it could be developed into. We tightened up the math database and paid for tuition at the Higher School of Economics in the field of Big Data Analytics. I joined one of our partner companies after graduation.

After that, he completed additional training and went on his own to be promoted to one of the marketplaces. Now this "teenager who hangs out in games" is the head of data management at one of the leading companies in Russia. Initially, everything was fine with him, it was just necessary to direct him in the right direction in time.

The parents, lawyers, applied, as they said, with a "serious case": "My daughter, 10th grade, has only two grades at school, she doesn't want to go to law school flatly. He draws all day, and drawing is not a profession!!!" While we were talking with the girl, she automatically began to draw on the sheets that lay on the table in front of her. We suggested to the parents not to break it down to their expectations, but to test the hypothesis: we sent the girl for an internship at the design studio of our friends, where she was able to "fee" different directions and eventually fell in love with interior design.

She worked in the studio for several years, grew, gained experience, then — according to our contacts and recommendations — she was promoted several times, and later we helped her find an investor and launch her own business. It is now the fifth year that she has her own interior design company in the Emirates, employees, she earns well and, most importantly, feels happy. And her journey began with the very consultation where the parents were sure that their daughter "had no future".

Mom came alone, but Dad wasn't there. My son, 9th grade, is quiet, introverted, doesn't really communicate with anyone, is fond of music: at home he organized a makeshift studio from improvised things, installs tracks, mixes sound. At school, there are threes, the teachers say "there are no abilities".

We talked about what he really loves and does at his studio. We got an internship at a regional radio station with our partners, then we were sent to a professional recording studio. They took him there right away. Now he is 24, he is a sound designer on one of the largest Russian streaming services, works with leading artists and also "DJs for his own".

The teenager is an excellent student, everything is easy, so the family decided a long time ago: "he will go into medicine, like his father and uncle" The boy didn't object out loud, he just became more and more apathetic and anxious, stopped seeing friends and seemed to have completely lost interest in life. His parents brought him to me with this problem, and for the first time he honestly said that he had long been interested in people: how they behave, how they react, why they do what they do at all.

We have reoriented the vector: not to "completely get away from medicine", but to find "our own" in it. He enrolled in psychology at the Higher School of Economics and completed additional training in behavioral marketing. Now he works as a UX researcher at a large product company, studying the behavior of millions of users and helping to create new products.
